Seltzer Draft Systems Design

Design Your Complete System and Start Enjoying Fresh Seltzers Today!

Thinking of adding seltzer on tap to your list of offerings? At GS Draft, we design custom seltzer draft systems tailored to your business. Whether you're a local restaurant working with small spaces or a stadium looking to serve thousands of fans, you can design a system that serves high-quality seltzer efficiently.

It Starts With Our Revolutionary Systems

Before the design process even begins, you can take comfort in knowing that your new system has already been engineered to deliver the perfect pour. Far from your typical soda fountain system found in gas stations or fast food restaurants, these systems use revolutionary technologies to deliver the fast, efficient service customers crave.

  • Precise Pours: Expertly designed glycol-cooled tap lines and flow-controlled seltzer draft arms and towers ensure that all drinks are served at the ideal carbonation and temperature.

  • Versatile Designs: Choose from multiple tap configurations and multiple kiosk sizes to design something that works with your existing layout. Whether you're new to seltzers or are looking to accommodate a large selection, we provide a system with the perfect number of taps.

  • Maximum Efficiency: Integrating the latest RFID technology and other self-serve conveniences allows our systems to increase service efficiency. Customers will enjoy faster, more precise service that reduces wait times and errors, even during peak hours.

  • Sustainable & Cost-Effective: Professionally clamped faucets and efficient keg-based dispensing both minimize overpouring and eliminate the need for single-use bottles and cans. Reduce waste overtime while you cut operational costs.

How Comprehensive Design

How Comprehensive Design Improves Seltzer Quality

A careful combination of water, carbonation, and often alcohol, seltzers don't rely on syrups or other additives to deliver their distinct flavors. This makes purity, consistent temperatures, and proper pressure all the more important for maintaining quality. Our comprehensive design process ensures your system is tailored to pouring the perfect seltzer before it's even been installed.

  • Preserving Carbonation and Flavor: Precise carbonation levels and temperatures maintain the crisp, refreshing taste of seltzer. Poorly designed systems may have pressure that is too high or low, or suffer from inconsistent temperatures that lead to flat or over-carbonated pours. Instead, our custom-designed systems are tailored to seltzer service.

  • Preventing Cross-Contamination: If you plan on serving beer or any other beverages aside from seltzer, properly designed lines are crucial for avoiding contamination. Without a design that factors in all your offerings, you risk introducing dangerous residues from other beverages.

Draft seltzer systems are liquid dispensing systems designed to store and dispense seltzer from kegs. This ensures that the seltzer maintains its quality while being served fresh and cold at the correct pressure and temperature.

Draft seltzer systems function through the use of CO2 or nitrogen gas. These gases keep the kegs pressurized at the pressures intended by the brewery, and push the seltzer through the lines to the tap where it can be poured into a glass.
